• Repair/replace deteriorating areas of roof and roof components

• Re-caulk and repair exterior masonry

BUILDING SYSTEMS

• Repair/replace deteriorating HVAC and plumbing system components to avoid potential system failure

• Update obsolete HVAC controls

INFRASTRUCTURE/SITE

• Repair/replace irrigation system components

• Repair/replace concrete and paving

• Replace shade structure

SAFETY/CODE

• Address various ADA issues

INTERIOR SPACE IMPROVEMENT

• Improvements to interior finishes such as flooring, ceiling tile, and paint 

• Replace wheelchair lift
