November 2024

Construction documents were issued in September.
The contractor's guaranteed maximum price (GMP) will go to the Board in December.
Construction is planned for summer 2025.

Previous Updates

To ensure the school community is engaged in the project, the project manager (PM) will work directly with the school principal to discuss the identified renovations, meet with the architect, and coordinate the construction schedule. The principal will decide which school staff or parents might need to be involved with the design process depending on the scope of work. The project manager will share information with the entire school staff at key milestones through the design process.
