Treanor HL and Franzen Pitman have been contracted for this project. Peak to Peak staff will manage this project directly with the project team. 

 

BUILDING ENVELOPE

• Repair/replace deteriorating areas of roof and roof components

BUILDING SYSTEMS

• Repair/replace deteriorating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems components to avoid potential system failure

• Install building generator

• Interior lighting replacement including emergency lighting

INFRASTRUCTURE/SITE

• Storm sewer improvements

• Repair/replace site concrete

• Repair/replace asphalt at parking lots and roadway

• Repair irrigation at turf areas

• Replace exterior lighting 

• Install additional perimeter fencing

SAFETY/CODE

• Update fire alarm system

• Update public address/intercom system

• Replace ADA entrance doors

• Install safety railings and ladders

INTERIOR SPACE IMPROVEMENT

• Improve interior finishes such as flooring and paint 

• Interior renovation to create a learning environment to support career & technical education
