- Schematic Design (SD) documents were issued on May 6th and it was found that we are approximately $1M over budget. These items were identified as critical needs items. Initial review indicates that these costs are associated with inflation and code related items. We do anticipate needing additional funds beyond what is currently allocated within the additional inflation funds.
- Design Documents (DD) are scheduled to be issued July 12th with final Construction Documents (CD) scheduled to deliver to BVSD on September 13th.
- Meetings with staff to review design will be scheduled upon staff’s return.
