If you happen to come by the site in the coming weeks, you will see the new addition start to emerge out of the ground . . . an exciting early milestone for the project. Please also note that as we move toward the end of the school year (and as you know, these weeks tend to fly by quickly!) you may see more workers and/or construction activity taking place around the site as A&P Construction ramps up for what will be a busy and ambitious summer construction schedule. Work planned for the next week is detailed at the link:,

March 22, 2019 Updates/DispForm.aspx?ID=21 Updates/DispForm.aspx?ID=21{28e838a4-8015-4177-ac17-2576b5d1e514}March 22, 2019Spring Break is right around the corner and none-too-soon for the kids as they are clearly ready for a respite and a chance to enjoy some warmer weather! As mentioned previously, construction is moving along at a rapid pace and will fully engage in the coming week. Note below that there will be some disruption to services (water) within the school for a few days next week. Arrangements have been made to provide bathroom and water needs to camp students who will be in the gym during Spring Break. With that in mind, we wanted to reiterate our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our community during this exciting project. A&P Construction is doing regular indoor air quality monitoring in the areas that are currently being worked on while also employing two negative air machines to vent spaces as needed. Establishing baseline data, performing regular monitoring, and the use of such machines should go a long ways toward maintaining the healthy and safe environment we currently enjoy here at Superior Elementary School.,

As you may have noticed, a lot of work (some noticeable, some not so much) has taken place over the past few weeks here at Superior Elementary. The “big trucks” have been on site a great deal, with drilling, digging, and other large tasks all taking place. Piers have been dug and poured for the new addition while inside the school the hallway carpet has been removed to prepare for new carpet coming this summer. While the recent weather has not done the contractor many favors in terms of the construction schedule, they hope to get caught up in short order over the coming week or so. Follow the link for more information.,

You can expect to see a lot more workers on site in preparation for the activity slated to take place over the break (March 23 - 31). You can also expect to encounter an increase in traffic in and around the SES campus. Follow the link for more information.,
